1. Deposits

A deposit may be required to secure your appointment.

All deposits are non-refundable.

Deposits may be transferred to a new appointment date if proper notice is given (see rescheduling policy below).
2. Cancellations

Clients must provide at least 24–48 hours notice to cancel an appointment.

Cancellations made without proper notice will result in loss of deposit.

Same-day cancellations may require a new deposit to rebook.
3. Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24–48 hours notice.

Deposits can be applied to one rescheduled appointment only.

Multiple reschedules may require a new deposit.
4. No-Show Policy

Clients who fail to show up without notice will forfeit their deposit.

Future appointments may require full payment in advance.
5. Service Satisfaction
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you experience an issue with your service:

Please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment.

Adjustments may be offered at our discretion.

Refunds are not guaranteed once the service has been completed.
6. Late Arrivals

A grace period of 10–15 minutes may be allowed.

After the grace period, your appointment may be canceled or shortened.

Late fees may apply.
