Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Chelo Braiding Studio, we value your time and ours. Please review our refund and cancellation policies carefully before booking your appointment.


1. Deposits

  • A deposit may be required to secure your appointment.

  • All deposits are non-refundable.

  • Deposits may be transferred to a new appointment date if proper notice is given (see rescheduling policy below).


2. Cancellations

  • Clients must provide at least 24–48 hours notice to cancel an appointment.

  • Cancellations made without proper notice will result in loss of deposit.

  • Same-day cancellations may require a new deposit to rebook.


3. Rescheduling

  • Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24–48 hours notice.

  • Deposits can be applied to one rescheduled appointment only.

  • Multiple reschedules may require a new deposit.


4. No-Show Policy

  • Clients who fail to show up without notice will forfeit their deposit.

  • Future appointments may require full payment in advance.


5. Service Satisfaction

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you experience an issue with your service:

  • Please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment.

  • Adjustments may be offered at our discretion.

  • Refunds are not guaranteed once the service has been completed.


6. Late Arrivals

  • A grace period of 10–15 minutes may be allowed.

  • After the grace period, your appointment may be canceled or shortened.

  • Late fees may apply.
