1. Appointments & Deposits

A deposit may be required to secure your appointment.

Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit (if required) is received.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Clients must provide at least 24–48 hours notice to reschedule an appointment.

Late cancellations may result in loss of deposit.

No-shows will forfeit their deposit and may be required to pay in full before booking again.
3. Late Policy

A grace period of 10–15 minutes may be allowed.

Clients arriving later than the grace period may have their appointment canceled or rescheduled.

Late arrivals may result in additional fees.
4. Hair Preparation

Hair must be clean, detangled, and blow-dried before the appointment unless wash services are booked.

Failure to properly prepare hair may result in additional charges or appointment cancellation.
5. Service Refusal
Chelo Braiding Studio reserves the right to refuse service if:

Hair condition is unsuitable for the requested style

Client behavior is inappropriate or disruptive

Health or safety concerns arise
6. Pricing

Prices vary depending on style, length, size, and hair condition.

Final pricing may be confirmed at the time of service.

Additional services or add-ons may result in extra charges.
7. Payments
We accept approved payment methods as communicated at the time of booking. Full payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.

Allergic reactions to products

Improper aftercare by the client

Hair breakage caused by failure to follow aftercare instructions
Clients are responsible for informing us of any allergies or scalp conditions prior to service.
